Payment may be made by credit card or electronic check only. Purchase order and paper checks will not be accepted. If you have concerns about payment options, please call Swift Solutions at 877-451-8700.
If you will be paying with a corporate or company credit card, please make sure that your credit card company has approved our SIC code, which is 7392.
Attendee & Banquet Cancellations: There is a cancellation fee of $30 per registrant. All cancellations must be received in writing by April 4, 2014.
Exhibitor Cancellations: There is a $150 cancellation fee for each 10X10 booth space. Cancellations must be received in writing by February 28, 2014. If you reserved bulk space (3 or more contiguous booth spaces), there will be no partial refunds, i.e., you may not cancel a portion of the space. You must keep or release all of your contiguous booths.
